Our Guarantee
 The
manufacturer guarantees the structure of our concrete buildings for
10 years from the date of installation, subject to our maintenance
schedule being effected.
The up & over door mechanism is guaranteed by the door manufacturer
for 2 years from the date of installation.
The guarantee is invalid if the concrete building has been adapted
or altered in a material way from its original specifications.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

The retention of the Order/Invoice form will enable us to confirm

improved security locking OR traditional timber  doors (glazed
or fully boarded) on 8’6 wide garages (7’ U/O door); 9’6 to 14’6 (8’
U/O door); 16’6 wide (2’x7’ U/O door) and
18’6 & 20’6 (2’x8’ U/O door)
• Cement fibre roof sheets on steel trusses
• All concrete panels are reinforced with a purpose-made welded
sheet mat.
• With or without 1 window 4’ (2 in a double), unless in a reaer
wall of 9’6 wide (then 5’) and of 10’6 wide (6’).
• Gutter & fallpipe included except for Apex Roof garages
• All steel U/O doors are supplied in primer coat finish, ready for
painting by the customer, if required
