Beamlock system

  • This includes all posts, beams, braces, base plates (with fixing kits), plinth sets, and associated metalwork
  • All in a ready to erect kit- all routering completed including brace slots, all metalwork inserted.(Drilling of brace pin hole would be carried out on site)
  • A coat of stain, as recommended by the manufacturers, is applied prior to dispatch (colour: Sadolin woodruff).
  • Erection includes fixing of all components on site including securing to base and fitting plinth sets.
    Timber Kits
    This includes the following timbers with tanalith E treatment:-
  • 47x150mm roof rafters - cut ready to fix
  • 25x200mm ridge board - cut for jointing if required
  • 25x100mm roof windbracing
  • 47x100mm wall in-fill studwork - allowed for 600mm centre fixing
  • 25x100mm diagonal wall bracing
  • 19x150mm featheredge board wall cladding
Erection includes fixing of all timbers leaving the building ready for felt, batten and tiles/slates (by others)
